HTC has announced new android smartphone, HTC Desire U, in Taiwan market. It has 4 inch touch screen display and runs on android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Let’s check the specs and features of HTC Desire U.

It has a 4-inch capacitive touch screen display with 800×480 pixels resolution. It has 1GHz single core processor, with 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB internal storage and a microSD card slot, expandable up to 32 GB. About the connectivity, the device supports 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with APTX and GPS. You also get 5 MP rear camera with auto focus and LET flash also a front VGA canera for video recording. It comes in two colors black and white and the battery power of the device will be 1,650 mAh.
It runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich firmware which may be upgraded later with HTC sense UI. It has thickness of 9.32mm and weighs 119gms.
